Background Context:
I started creating Instagram Reels for fun as a hobby in mid-March 2022 due to being impressed with the physique I was obtaining so quickly starting Oct. 1, 2021.
I have almost accumulated approximately 40k followers in 3.5 months. I honestly did not expect to grow this rapidly and exponentially. I often post myself eating fast foods and restaurant foods to intrigue the thought of an aesthetic bodybuilder eating like an average American who is not into fitness. As a token of my gratitude to my followers for admiring my body and wanting to know how I got to where I am, I share my entire knowledge of fitness and the exact steps needed to how I obtained my aesthetic physique without the need for a hard clean-cut diet.
